Blessing for the New Girl’s Dormitory at LaValla School

On March 7th 2025 the LaValla community gathered and asked for blessing for the new Girl’s dormitory and all who will live here this year and the years ahead. We asked that the presence of God be felt in every part of this building, and may peace and love fill the heart of all the girls. Each part of the dormitory was sprinkled with blessed water.

We prayed for protection over this building and all who live and work here. the doors and windows be guarded and keep all safe from harm. We also prayed for good health and well-being for all the students of LaValla and their families.

We asked for blessing on our relationships with each other and with the staff of LaValla. May each of us be a light to those around us and share the love of God with all we meet.

We thanked all who have been involved in the building of this dormitory. The builders, the staff of LaValla and generous donors, may they all be blessed.

Our school Principal Sreynan then sprinkled all the LaValla community assembled with the blessed water making a special wish for them.
